Hi all....
you may or may not have heard but I
damaged my CBD or something?? basically done my shoulder
in pretty badly! (Bike crash) The upshot is I was told
by the Doc that I'd have to take it easy for six weeks.
It's been a while now now and I'm on my bike again so
good news I'm sure you'll all agree, and the workshop's
in full swing again too!
